What I do for Pasadena businesses
Four ways to work together, from a few days of coaching to a full custom build. Most clients start with enablement or an operations audit and grow from there.
AI Adoption & Enablement
Learning AI tools is too important to outsource permanently. I build the initial bridge — hands-on coaching that cuts through the hype, gives your team real capability, and gets you operating independently. I succeed when you stop needing me.
Operations & Cost Intelligence
Most businesses are bleeding money on tools and subscriptions they've stopped questioning. AI has collapsed the cost of building custom alternatives. I audit your full operation and show you exactly where to cut, consolidate, or replace.
Bespoke Apps & Automation
Discovery comes first — I map your actual business needs before writing a line of code. When I build, I build with you, not for you. You'll understand how it works, own the result, and be capable of adapting it as your business evolves. No black boxes, no lock-in.
Websites That Work For You
AI is how I build fast. Design experience is how I make sure it doesn't look like it. Your site gets both — a genuinely crafted digital presence with real business automation wired in, not a template with your logo swapped in.
Owner-run businesses with a process that eats hours every week
Most of my clients have 5 to 50 people, no in-house engineers, and one or two workflows that everyone knows are broken. These are the kinds of businesses I have built for.
Medical and professional practices
Built the website and intake/scheduling automation for a primary care practice. Patient data stays private, and the front desk stops retyping forms.
Real estate and property groups
End-to-end site with visitor analytics for a commercial real estate group, plus an AI tool that reads public records, satellite imagery and news to assess power capacity for properties.
Wholesale, B2B and sales teams
A multi-agent prospecting engine for a B2B wholesaler that finds, researches and contacts leads on its own. From discovery to production in six days; 10 to 20 qualified leads a week.
Agencies and creative teams
An AI enablement sprint for a social ad agency: coaching the team to use AI tools confidently, build repeatable workflows, and operate independently after the engagement ends.
Inspection, field and document-heavy work
Multimodal AI that reads inspection reports and photos end-to-end and surfaces what matters. Processing time cut by two-thirds.
Executives and families
Private, self-hosted assistants that manage bills, appointments, finances and communication for busy executives and families caring for elderly relatives.
Why work with an AI consultant in Pasadena
In the room, not on a call
I'm based in Pasadena and meet clients in person across the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles: Old Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia, Alhambra, Glendale, Burbank, and downtown LA. Discovery works better at your desk, watching how the work actually happens, than over video.
Sensitive data stays put
Law firms, medical practices, accountants and anyone handling client files should not be pasting them into public chatbots. When the data is sensitive, I deploy private or local LLMs on your own infrastructure, so nothing leaves your environment.
You own the result
I build with you, not for you. Every engagement ends with a handoff, documentation and 30 days of support, and your team able to run and adapt the system without me. I succeed when you stop needing me.
How I Work
Discovery
Deep-dive into your business, challenges, and what you've already tried. No solutions until I understand the problem.
Strategy
Design the right approach — whether that's enablement, automation, a full build, or a combination.
Build Together
When I build, I build with you. Weekly check-ins, visible progress, and you understand every decision along the way.
Handoff & Beyond
Every engagement ends with your team able to operate independently. And if you need me again — for a new challenge, a second opinion, or just a gut check — I'm here.
Questions Pasadena business owners ask
- Do you only work with businesses in Pasadena?
- No. I meet clients in person in Pasadena and across Los Angeles, and I work remotely with businesses anywhere in the US. After discovery, most of the work is remote-friendly either way.
- What does AI consulting cost?
- It depends on the scope, so I do not quote numbers before understanding the problem. Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute intro call, then a discovery phase. After that you get a real, fixed number for the work.
- How long does an engagement take?
- Typical engagements run four to eight weeks, with weekly check-ins. Some proofs-of-concept are done in under two weeks, and enablement sprints for a team can be shorter still.
- Do we need technical staff?
- No. Most of my clients have none. Enablement work is designed for non-technical teams, and anything I build ships with documentation and a handoff so your people can run it.
- Can our data stay private?
- Yes. For sensitive data such as client files, patient records or internal financials, I deploy private or local LLMs on your infrastructure. No data goes to public AI endpoints.
- What happens after the project ends?
- You get a handoff with 30 days of support, and your team operates independently. If you need me again later, for a new challenge or a second opinion, I am a call away.
