Selected work
CAMCO: Training the Team, Building the Tools
Ongoing AI advisor to CAMCO, a commercial real estate investment group, starting with a rebuild of its website. I set up the firm's Claude Team account and built an MCP server that serves Claude its offering memoranda and financial statements after a Power Automate workflow has scrubbed sensitive data inside SharePoint, so client and partner inquiries that took four hours or more are answered in thirty minutes or less. Two onsite visits trained the principals and staff on AI best practices, the latest tools and the new integration. I also built a site-screening web app that overlays grid power data on a prospective acquisition and scores it for heavy power draw.
Inspection Report Automation
A three-stage pipeline for The Property Inspection Pros, a home inspection firm: a tuned PyTorch model organizes each inspection's photos and suggests categories and comments, a Claude review pass refines them, and computer-use automation enters the finished report into HomeGauge once the inspector has approved it. Inspectors review and edit everything in one app, with Claude on hand to draft new comments, so nobody copies text back and forth to ChatGPT. Processing time cut by two-thirds, in production across hundreds of inspections, with a monthly accuracy review that feeds the inspectors' corrections back into the model.
Screening Coordination Agent
For an independent documentary: a live agent that takes screening requests from first inquiry to booked date. It answers questions about the film and its academic context, qualifies the venue, schedules, and hands anything that needs approval to the crew. Built on the OpenAI Agents SDK with a FastAPI and PostgreSQL backend, OpenTelemetry tracing and automated evaluations, plus a session training the crew to use AI for outreach and marketing.

- Yes. Sensitive data is scrubbed or kept out of reach before anything is connected, access follows your existing permissions, and provider data settings are set so your data is not used for training. I describe exactly how the data is handled rather than promising compliance.
