AI Enablement
Your team has AI licenses and still does the work by hand. I fix that with hands-on sessions built around your actual workflows, not generic prompt tips. Along the way we settle which tools are worth paying for, which model tier fits the job (or whether an open-source one brings the cost way down), and the usage policy that keeps client data safe. Your people leave able to build their own assistants, Skills and automations. I succeed when you stop needing me.
Who it is forTeams of five to fifty with AI licenses, no in-house engineers, and one or two workflows everyone knows are broken.
On your real work, not a slide deck
Each session takes a workflow your team actually runs, the weekly report, the client intake, the proposal, and rebuilds it with AI in the room. People leave with something they use the next morning, not notes.
I do, we do, you do: I build the first one with your people watching, the second beside them, and the third they build while I watch.
Which tools, which models
Most of the decision is which model tier from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google fits the job, and whether an open-source model can do it for a fraction of the cost. I compare the options against your budget and the work you actually do, then hand you a ranked plan: what to adopt, what to skip, what to build. No vendor to sell you.
A policy and a playbook you own
Staff already use AI on their own. A short usage policy says what may go into which tool, and a playbook of decision guides, prompts and guardrails, written down and owned by your team, keeps the knowledge when people move on.
What you end up with
- Hands-on sessions on your workflows, in person across Los Angeles or remote
- A ranked plan for tools and models: what to adopt, what to skip, what to build
- An AI usage policy your staff can actually follow
- A playbook of prompts, decision guides and guardrails your team maintains
- People who build their own assistants, Skills and automations
What I have delivered
CAMCO: Training the Team, Building the Tools
Ongoing AI advisor to a commercial real estate group, remotely and through on-site enablement and training visits, starting with a rebuild of their website. I regularly teach partners and staff how to put AI to work in their daily workflows. I built Power Automate flows that scrub sensitive financial information from offering memoranda and other documents in SharePoint, with strict permissions on what the AI can and can't access. I also built a web app they can open anytime on a prospective property: it pulls from public records, satellite imagery, government announcements and recent news, then scores the property on power availability and expansion potential.

Social Ad Agency Enablement Sprint
A 40-person social ad agency where everyone used AI their own way: prompts lost in personal chats, the same custom assistant built twice by different teams. I coached their leads to build and run AI workflows themselves, then moved the whole agency onto one standard AI platform, with a shared knowledge base for every client account and a library of reusable skills that staff build and maintain themselves.
Primari Health: An AI-Ready Practice
A new primary care practice and its website, built to be found and to grow. Automating front-desk work and patient outreach was the only way the doctor could open cost-effectively, but it had to stay HIPAA compliant, which limits where AI can touch patient data. I analyzed a range of telehealth platforms to find the best fit for the AI it needed now and the AI it would add later.
Screening Coordination Agent
For an independent documentary: an agent that takes screening requests from first inquiry to booked date. It answers questions about the film and its academic context, qualifies the venue, schedules, and hands off to the crew when something needs approval. Built on the OpenAI Agents SDK with a FastAPI and PostgreSQL backend, OpenTelemetry tracing and automated evaluations. Plus a session training the crew to use AI for outreach and marketing.
How I Work
Discovery
Deep-dive into your business, challenges, and what you've already tried. No solutions until I understand the problem.
Plan
Design the right approach: a rebuild, enablement, automation, a full build, or a combination, and whether to build at all.
Build Together
When I build, I build with you. Weekly check-ins, visible progress, and you understand every decision along the way.
Handoff & Beyond
Every engagement ends with your team able to operate independently. And if you need me again — for a new challenge, a second opinion, or just a gut check — I'm here.
Questions clients ask
- Do we need technical staff?
- No. Most of my clients have none. The sessions are designed for the people who do the work, and the playbook is written for them.
- Which tools do you teach?
- Whatever fits: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and the Google and Microsoft workspaces, plus custom assistants and Skills built on them. I sell no vendor, so the recommendation is based on your budget and your work.
- How long is an engagement?
- A coaching sprint can be a handful of sessions over a few weeks. Ongoing advisory, with regular training visits, is also an option. Scope and a capped budget are agreed before work starts.
- Can our data stay private?
- Yes. The policy says what may go where, and for sensitive work I set up private or local models on your own infrastructure.
