On-site AI training for teams across Southern California

Hands-on Claude and ChatGPT training built around your team's real work, at your office anywhere from Pasadena and Los Angeles to Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Diego. Your people leave with workflows they use the next morning and a policy that keeps client data safe.

Who it is forTeams that have AI licenses and still do the work by hand, from a single office to a department inside a larger organization.

01 / formats

Four formats, one approach

  • 2 hours

    Team kickoff

What Claude and ChatGPT do well and where they fail, the rules for your data, and one of your own workflows rebuilt live. Fits in a staff meeting slot.

  • Half day

    Hands-on workshop

Your team works on its own tasks with AI in the room: two or three workflows rebuilt, reusable prompts and templates saved, and a first draft of your usage policy.

  • Full day

    Department deep dive

A morning on fundamentals and policy for everyone, then breakouts where each team builds the assistants, Skills or automations it will use the next morning.

  • Multi-visit

    Program with follow-ups

A kickoff on site, remote office hours between visits, and follow-up visits on new tools and what your team has built since. CAMCO’s program ran two visits five months apart.

02 / every session

Whatever the format

Built on your real work
A short call first picks the workflows that eat your team’s week. In the room it runs I do, we do, you do: I build the first one while your people watch, the second beside them, and they build the third.
The tools you already pay for
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and the Microsoft and Google workspaces, whichever your team uses. I sell no vendor, so if a tool is not worth it, I say so.
Your data stays in bounds
Every training covers what may go into which tool. Client files, patient records and financials stay out of public chatbots, and the provider settings are checked so your data is not used for training.
You keep the material
A playbook of the prompts, decision guides and guardrails from the session, owned by your team, so the knowledge stays when people move on.

05 / faq

Questions teams ask

Do you come to our office?
Yes. I run sessions on site anywhere in Southern California, from Pasadena and Los Angeles to Orange County, the Inland Empire, Ventura County and San Diego. Remote sessions work for teams anywhere in the US.
How long are the sessions?
Four formats: a 2-hour team kickoff, a half-day hands-on workshop, a full-day department deep dive, or a multi-visit program with follow-ups and office hours in between. The intro call is where we pick the one that fits.
Which AI tools do you train on?
Whatever your team uses or should use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and the Microsoft and Google workspaces, plus custom assistants, GPTs and Skills built on them.
Do we need technical staff?
No. The sessions are built for the people who do the work, not for engineers, and the playbook is written for them.
Is our data safe during the training?
Yes. We work on real workflows, but sensitive files stay out of public tools, and every session covers the usage policy: what may go into which tool and how the provider settings keep your data out of training.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, the group and where we meet. The intro call is free, and you get a fixed quote before anything is booked.
What happens after the training?
Your team keeps the playbook and the workflows it built. Follow-up visits can be added as new tools arrive, and ongoing advisory with regular training visits is also an option.
